 Our Panoramic Court with high quality components and detailed finishings,its easy assembly and low maintenanceIt complies with all regulations and requirements both from IPF (International Padel Federation) and the World Padel Tour.
This model main feature is its full panoramic court backsides made on 12mm tempered glass offering a perfect visualization for the spectator as well as giving the player a great feeling of a wide space. It also includes anti vibration system structure including reinforced in all joints posters.

Structure

In addition to tempered glass, the stadium is enclosed by square-hole touch-welded mesh (excluding doors), with a hole distance of 50×50mm and a mesh wire φ4mm; 40×40×2.0 square tubes are used on the upper and lower sides of the grid frame to weld with the mesh.The mesh wire is flush with the cross-section of the square tube, and the cross-section is not exposed;The imported steel meets the requirements of GB/T 699-1999 standard and meets the strength of the equipment.

The manufacturing processes of the structure of Century Star Padel Courts are made by:
Laser: shaping/ cutting the pieces with maximum precision and finishing.
Robotic welding: guaranteeing its quality and avoiding future pores rust appearance.

 
 
Glass Panels

Approved tempered glass of  12 mm, mounted on 5 mm neoprene to reduce vibrations and breakages.  

• Ability to withstand tensile stress, with a greater resistance compared to an annealed glass.
• In case of breakage, the tempered glass disintegrates into small fragments that do not cause sharp cutting or lacerating wounds, such as would be caused by the sharp edges of the small pieces of annealed glass.
• These features make tempered glass a good option for people's safety, especially due to the fact that it does not break into sharp or large fragments.
• Tempered glass has four times mechanical resistance compared to an annealed glass.

Artificial Turf

Painting
 
The surface is sprayed with zinc-rich primer +, the surface is smooth and flat, the color is uniform, and the combination is firm.
We implement an extra shield/ protection layer against corrosion to the Court iron structure when it comes to particular coastal / maritime areas where salt spray is formed getting driven by the wind and generating high risk corrosion conditions (mainly within 100m offshore).
